1. Q: What is your sampling policy?
A: In general, we do not provide free samples to new customers. Sample charges will be refunded after getting the official order. Do not feel hesitate to talk to us to see what the best we can do for you. Our sampling lead time is 7-12 days for the items without stocks.
2. Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: Our lead time is 40-50 days, it depends on the order quantity.
3. Q: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A: Yes, you have two options as below:
- Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items.
- Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.
4. Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ of each design is 1000pcs per color with the best price. For your special request, please feel free to let us know, we would check with our warehouse and our fabric suppliers to find an available solution…Welcome to contact us for details.
5. Q: How to deliver?
A: By sea or by air or by courier like DHL, UPS, FedEx
6. Q: What’s your Payment term?
A: T/T or L/C or Western union 30% deposit, the 70% balance before shipping!
7. Q: Where is your factory located, is it convenient to visit?
A: Our factory located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, very close to Shenzhen airport and Hongkong airport. It is very convenient to visit our factory.
